• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within Pakistan.
• Shipping Charges: A flat rate may apply, depending on the location and size of the order. Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping (please check our latest offers).
• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Return Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:

• Eligibility: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and personalization reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened perfumes or customized products.
• Return Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. After approval, ship the product back to our address. Once received, we will inspect the item and, if eligible, issue a refund or exchange.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
